Meet John Clark

John is a fitness coach as well as a National-Level Masters athlete and champion. He is NASM certified – which is recognized as one of the top certifications in the country. John works with people who feel like life is passing them by and they want to recapture the fitness they once had, or always DREAMED of having. John offers both online and in-person training or even one-off programs based on your needs.

 

John brings a positive attitude when working with his clients. Fitness should be FUN! And it should be for EVERYONE! Each person is different and has unique goals, and he loves working with people to help them figure out what works best for their lifestyle in achieving their fitness goals. He believes that it is never too late to achieve your fitness dreams and live an amazing life!
