Finding time to work out

Is one of the most common problems (excuses?) I hear from people.

Personally, I believe if you really want something

You make time for it, but that’s a discussion for another day.

Anything is better than nothing, when it comes to exercise

Along with walking (I recommend at least 30 minutes, five times a week)

How about trying a couple of simple exercises you can do at home that don’t require any equipment and will help improve your health?

Take a look at the diagram below.

If you need to start out a little more slowly than this plan calls for, no problem. Alter it a little bit.

But be consistent.

Do it every day and increase a little bit every day.
