Came across an article the other day

About healthy eating.

Not just healthy eating, but this article was talking about 20 foods to eat to live longer.

Really?

Sounds good — so what are they?

Here are some of them:

  • Avocado
  • Oatmeal
  • Leafy greens
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Bell peppers
  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Beans
  • Apples
  • Green tea
  • Dark chocolate
  • Hot peppers
  • Salmon
  • Yogurt

I eat a lot of those, but not on a regular basis.

Let’s see … avocado and oatmeal quite a bit. Walnuts in my oatmeal. Chia seeds once in a great while. Blueberries sometimes. Beans every now and then. Apples sometimes. Yogurt once in a while. Bread and butter jalapenos are great.
