Let’s face it.

Sometimes you just don’t feel like doing the things you need to do:

  • Work out.
  • Study.
  • Finish that project.
  • Cook a healthy meal.

Whatever it is; whatever the reason.

Sometimes, the motivation just ain’t there.

Sound familiar?

Sure it does.

Happens to everybody.

It’s all in your head, man.

Will you be a slave to your mind, or do you wanna be in charge?

I read somewhere recently about an interesting way to do what you’re supposed to do when you don’t feel like doing it:

Give yourself 10 minutes.

10 minutes.

Do what you’re supposed to do for 10 minutes and you can do the rest later.

Try it.

Chances are pretty good that once you get started

You’ll want to go ahead and finish.

Chances are even better that you’re going to feel better when you get it done.
