I’ve been waking up a little sluggish this week.

Just kind of … out of sorts.

Not feeling bad, but not feeling great, either.

I think I figured out what is going on …

I think I need a new morning routine.

I think maybe the morning routine I started 140-something days ago has maybe gotten a little stale and, dare I say,

Boring?

Here’s what I have been doing:

  • Listen to a spiritual message as soon as I wake up
  • Make bed
  • Brush teeth and use bathroom
  • Shower
  • Get dressed
  • Listen to positive message while making coffee
  • Write in journal while listening to positive message (same one or another one)
  • Meditation

I’m thinking maybe that routine has gotten a little … routine. Not so interesting anymore.

Maybe I need to change it up a little …
